Refund Policy

Effective: 26 August 2026

1. Trial plan

Trial accounts are free of charge. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.

2. Full plan

Fees for the paid "full" plan are agreed with you directly and billed outside the app (invoice or other arrangement). Payments already made for a billing period are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain full-plan access until then.

To cancel, contact us at the email below.

Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example, where the Service fails to be provided with due care and skill, or is not reasonably fit for its intended purpose. If that occurs, contact us and we will work with you on a remedy, which may include a refund, credit, or fix, as appropriate under the law.

3. Spotify availability

Cue's core functionality depends on Spotify's own platform and API. Outages, changes, or restrictions on Spotify's side that affect the Service are outside our control and are not, by themselves, treated as a billing error — see Section 4 below for how we handle genuine billing errors.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact us promptly and we will investigate and correct any error, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

5. Contact

For cancellations, billing questions, or refund requests, email marcusbarta@icloud.com.
